This October, as always, wine expos returned to the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains in the Ningxia Hui autonomous region. At Silver Heights Winery, a lovely British couple, Ralph and Caroline, shared their thoughts on Ningxia's renowned wines.
Caroline said that wine is a reflection of culture and there's no need to copy Old World styles — Ningxia has found its own unique flavor, and that's what makes it special.
