Zhenbeipu town in Xixia district, Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui autonomous region, is best known for its western film studio and has turned to integrated development of wine, culture, tourism, agriculture, sports and commerce.
Located in the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains, the town encompasses over 1,467 hectares dedicated to grapevine cultivation across 29 vineyards, producing 11.2 million bottles of wine each year.

The town aims to establish a year-round tourism system that allows visitors to fully experience its seasonal attractions. In spring, tourists can admire the stunning beauty of blooming flowers, while summer offers the opportunity to explore local vineyards. Autumn invites hikers to traverse the scenic Helan Mountains, and winter promises fun-filled snow and ice activities.
Tuanjie village in the town develops characteristic aquaculture, while Haoyuan village, Delin village, and Huaxi village join hands to develop study tours. In 2025, the village's collective income reached 6.03 million yuan ($872,695).
The vitality of sports has also injected strong momentum into rural tourism. Events such as the half-marathon held in the wine producing area, the farmers' basketball championship, the farmers' games and the completion of the Helanyi Sports Center have made sports an appealing new choice for tourists.
With the influence of its film studio and wine, the town is bearing more fruit by promoting the integration of different industries.
