The opening meeting of the fourth session of the 14th National People's Congress took place at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on March 5. The deputies of the Ningxia delegation, together with nearly 3,000 deputies to the 14th NPC, jointly discussed the national development plan.
This year marks the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan period (2026-30), the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, and a key year for achieving the goal of basically realizing socialist modernization by 2035.
This year's NPC carries a significant historical mission. Over the next few days, deputies will do their best to represent the people, fulfill their duties conscientiously, and diligently discuss national affairs.
