The Cultural and Tourism Promotion Event of Zhongwei in Ningxia Hui autonomous region was held in Luzhou, Sichuan province, on April 15, marking the conclusion of Zhongwei's 42-day national promotion campaign.

This promotional campaign included 13 key cities in the Yangtze River Delta, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and southwestern and northwestern urban agglomeration, resulting in 20 tourist source market agreements and 20 tourism special train agreements, while attracting over 300,000 tourists to Zhongwei.
The campaign was divided into three stages. The first phase focused on the Yangtze River Delta region, where medical rehabilitation team tour agreements were signed in cities like Shanghai and Hangzhou, while non-stop flights and special trains were opened.

In the second phase, the campaign introduced senior citizen tourism special trains and non-stop buses from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and expanded the markets along Shanxi and Henan regions.
The final phase reached over 200 charter flight agreements and 20 special trains with southwest cities like Chongqing, Kunming, and Guiyang, aiming to attract about 80,000 visitors.
