The 2025 International College Student Wine Music and Art Festival, featuring the theme "wine to share, future to inspire", kicked off at Yinchuan University of Science and Technology (YUST) in Ningxia Hui autonomous region on April 22.
The festival aims to promote the development of Ningxia's wine and cultural tourism industries to a global audience.
The event was marked by the launch of wine culture creative art design and short video competitions. The art design competition encouraged young people to draw inspiration from cultural treasures such as the Helan Mountains rock paintings and Yellow River culture to design wine brands and derivatives.
Meanwhile, the short video competition focused on local customs and wine stories, using new media to enhance the international influence of Ningxia's wine industry.

An official of YUST stated that they will employ an integrated training model in accordance with the two competitions, including curriculum, competitions, and projects, cultivating versatile talent for Ningxia's wine industry who possess cultural understanding, design skills, and market knowledge.
Additionally, the event awarded the plaque of College Student Practice Creation Base to several entities, including Helan Mountains National Forest Park, Yuanshi Vineyard, and Li's Vineyard.
