Zhongwei Customs conducts inspection on the exported live cattle.

"Our beef is tender, with a fresh red color and excellent quality, highly favored in the Hong Kong market. This year, we have obtained the live cattle quota for Hong Kong, taking the initiative and expecting to further expand our export volume," said Tian Jingwei, responsible person of an agricultural company in Ningxia.

To further promote the export of live cattle to Hong Kong, Zhongwei Customs carries out hygienic monitoring for animal diseases and veterinary drug residue to ensure the quality and safety of the exported cattle. More favorable supports, including timely communication as well as the issue of certificates, are expected to be provided in a bid to improve export efficiency.
