After the implementation of the east-data-west-computing project, Ningxia was listed as the national computing hub node, and Zhongwei listed as the national data center cluster. With its advantageous resources, Zhongwei has the potential of further developing the east-data-west-computing project.
Liu proposed to build Ningxia into a national industrial development demonstration zone of "east-data-west-computing", support Ningxia to build a national western data exchange and set up a central and local cooperation industry fund, in a bid to introduce and cultivate related industrial chains gathering in Ningxia.
