Sun Zhi, deputy to the National People's Congress (NPC) and director of Ningxia Finance Department, brought a proposal related to the transformation of resource-exhausted cities of Ningxia to this year's two sessions.

In order to further help the stable transformation of resource-exhausted cities of Ningxia, Sun proposed to launch more financial support for the comprehensive improvement of the ecological environment of Helan Mountain.
