Du pointed out that the local government must adhere to the principle that funds should be invested in the grassroots units, and policies should promote the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. It should support the construction of a pilot area for ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River basin.
The local government of Ningxia will continue to highlight the importance of county and township, strengthen the construction of rural grassroots organizations, and promote the transformation of branches lagging behind to strengthen the Party structure in rural areas.
Furthermore, Ningxia will promote the expansion of the village collective economy, focusing on the six characteristic industries of wine, goji berry, milk, cattle, sheep and vegetables.
