Nineteen years ago, Yang Yanfeng, a bus driver from the Third Branch of Ningxia Yinchuan Public Transport Co., Ltd., started her driving career. "My duty is to serve the passengers, and their satisfaction in my work is my biggest motivation." said Yang.
Bus No.102 has a large passenger flow and more stops compared with other bus routes. Yang Yanfeng always serves passengers with patience. When the elderly get on or off the bus, she stops the bus and goes to help them; when she occasionally encounters students who forget to bring their bus card or have no cash with them, she also helps them with the purchase of bus tickets.

She has bought umbrellas and ponchos at her own expense. "People are often caught off-guard by the rain in summer. Many people go out without umbrellas. The rain proof equipment on the bus can be used by them."
"Taking care of elderly passengers and children, being patient with passengers from other places, being kind to passengers with special needs, and being considerate to ordinary passengers" is Yang's working principle. She said that no matter the work you do, you can do it best with your heart.
In her 19-year driving career, Yang Yanfeng has driven more than 800,000 kilometers safely, with zero accidents or complaints. She has been awarded the title of "national woman pace-setter", "model of high-quality service", "model worker of Yinchuan", "model worker of the Ningxia Hui autonomous region" and "the most beautiful bus driver in China".
This year, Yang was selected as the representative at the 20th CPC National Congress, and she said she will continue to provide the best service to her passengers.
