Zhao Xuhui, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, secretary of the CPC Yichuan Committee and Mayor of Yinchuan, pointed out in the speech that the conference is a platform to share the latest achievement in the computing industry, as well as an opportunity to exchange ideas on economic development.

At present, Yinchuan has built 55 national and regional industrial internet pilot demonstration platforms, with electronic information manufacturing enterprises accounting for more than 70% of the region, and software and information technology enterprises accounting for more than 90%. The leading roles of the national "internet + medical health" and "internet + education" demonstration areas have been fully established. The integrated government service capacity has ranked first in the northwest. Furthermore, Yinchuan has been selected as a demonstration city for its excellent business environment for two consecutive years. It has successively won the honors of China's leading digital transformation area and China's leading smart city.
